First we'd like to announce a smashing good

French Cuisine Wine Dinner
Sunday Night September 28th!!

Cash-Bar cocktail hour begins at 6:00PM with Dinner beginning promptly at 7:00PM. The menu for French Cuisine Wine Dinner is:

Amuse Bouche
Bouillabaisse a la Sedeo with Garlic Crustini and Sauce Rouille
Seared Rack of  Lamb on Ratatouille & Truffled Gnocchis
Tart Tatin (French Apple Dessert)

~  Includes Wine Pairings for Three Courses

Cost is $49.00 per person ( plus Tax & Gratuity)

And Now Our Menu; Our past menus have incorporated items from the Mediterranean, Asian and French influences among others. We thought this go-around it would be fun to add some Italian and some very authentic German entrees.

The new German items are:

Wiener Schnitzel! Big & Crisp, served with Potato-Cucumber Salad. ($17)

Jagerschnitzel: topped with a Rich Brown Hunter Sauce with Fresh Mushrooms, Housemade Spaetzle & Asparagus ($21)

And for Dessert - Fresh Housemade Apple Strudel topped with Vanilla Ice Cream.

We reviewed a variety of our Italian favorites to add to our menu and I think that we have many you'll enjoy. The Italian items we've added are:

~ Chicken Marsala. Chicken Breast Medallions Sauteed in a Rich Marsala & Mushroom Sauce with Italian Green Beans & Whipped Potatoes

~ Chicken Picatta. Chicken Breast Medallions Sauteed with Lemon, Butter, White Wine and Capers with Whipped Potatoes & Italian Green Beans

The New, very affordable, large Italian entrees include:

~ Spaghetti Bolognese. Fresh Spaghetti Smothered in a Meaty Tomato Sauce ($13)

~ Rigatoni & Mushrooms served with a Wild Mushroom and Parma Prosciutto Cream Sauce ($14)

~ Spaghetti con Scampi with Creamy Garlic Alfredo sauce ($17)

~ Rigatoni al Salmone with Fresh Salmon, Fine Herbs, Peppers & Shallots in Cream Sauce ($17)

~ Rigatoni con Pollo. Medallions of Fresh Chicken Breast in a Saffron Cream Sauce ($16)

For our seafood lovers, our famous Crab Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp in Scampi Butter is back! We're also offering Fresh Chilean Sea Bass that's Potato Crusted & served with a Riesling Beurre Blanc, and Pan Seared Salmon.

As always, we have big, tender Ribeye Steaks and Fresh Poultry dishes to further tempt you.

The Chef says we'll have even more new menu items to add to the Fall menu (to debut around mid-September) that he's very excited about offering you:

Grilled Venison (or Veal) bone-in Loin Chop with a Morel-Leek Cream sauce, Fresh Duck, Pheasant and Wild Boar to name just a few...
